Listen in as Susan Newman (aka Suzy Brandtastic) interviews Geoff Mosher, a cartoonist and the creator of Chachi.
Geoff Mosher is a cartoonist living in Jersey City with his wife Rebeca (a jazz singer) and their deranged cat Kika.
He is the creator of the comic “Chachi” which ran daily for nearly two years, but is currently on hiatus.
As co-founder of Jersey City Comics, he has run a weekly comic drawing session for artists in the NY/NJ area for nearly 4 years now. A book of the work done by Jersey City Comics is being assembled and should be available by the end of 2015.
When the weather is nice, on Saturdays you will find him doing chalk drawings on the sidewalk outside of the NYC based comic shop Carmine Street Comics.
In addition to comic work his art has been featured in numerous films, TV shows, animated shorts and has been a part of Art Shows in NYC, Jersey City and Philadelphia. Examples of his work can be found at mondomosher.com
